MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in business administration, educational leadership, or other appropriately related field. Two to five years of related experience that includes two years of direct supervisory experience of the work of others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Danbury Center Director works as part of a campus team with Senior Managers and Directors to develop the operational plans and oversee College credit and non-credit offerings in the Greater Danbury area. The Director guides the selection and scheduling of programs in coordination with program staff, supervises direct service staff and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery of learning services at the Center and at other venues in the community. The position supervises and evaluates the work of a number of direct report full- and part-time staff including: Director of Workforce Transition, Continuing Education Assistant, Continuing Education Aide, part time Educational Assistants, student workers, adjunct faculty and others as assigned. The Danbury Center Director is accountable for effective performance in the areas of program planning and development; student service delivery; operations & logistics; development and management of staff; budget and fiscal management; publicity, outreach, and marketing; and program evaluation. Travel to the Waterbury campus is required.
MINIMUM SALARY:
$60,789 annual approximate, plus excellent medical insurance, retirement and related fringe benefits.
