Health Care Career Education Information Sessions at Naugatuck Valley Community College

Waterbury, Conn. –Naugatuck Valley Community College is offering four health care career education information sessions in Waterbury and Danbury this January.

Students are invited to explore opportunities in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy assistant, radiology technologist, nurse aide certification, patient care technician, phlebotomy technician, medical coding and billing specialist, health unit coordinator and financial assistance careers.

Information sessions will be held:

• Thursday, January 8 from 1:30-3p.m. at Danbury Center, 12 Crosby Street, in Room CL2.
• Thursday, January 8 from 10-11:30p.m. at the Danbury Department of Labor, 152 West Street.
• Monday, January 12 from 1:30-3p.m. at the College’s main campus, 750 Chase Parkway, Waterbury in Room K701 of Charles B. Kinney Hall.
• Wednesday, January 21 from 10-11:30p.m. at the Waterbury Department of Labor, 249 Thomaston Avenue.
