| October Arts Events Calendar for Naugatuck Valley Community College
Waterbury, Conn. – The following is a calendar of October art and culture events for Naugatuck Valley Community College:
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22
The Naugatuck Valley Community College is hosting the Connecticut Dance Alliance (CDA) Dance Educators Forum from 9 – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, in the College’s Fine Arts Center. In the morning session, participants may opt to attend the American Ballet Theater’s Ballet Curriculum Teaser or a workshop with Peter DiMuro, producing artistic director of Liz Lerman Dance Exchange. During the afternoon, grant writing and marketing workshops will also be offered. Cost is $25 for CDA members, $15 for students of CDA member schools, $20 for students of non- member schools and $35 for non-members.
