| Real Estate Courses at Naugatuck Valley Community College
Waterbury, Conn. – Naugatuck Valley Community College is offering a variety of real estate classes this fall for real estate brokers, salespersons and anyone interested in learning more about real estate mortgage or management options.
Classes will be offered on evenings and Saturdays throughout the fall:
- Real Estate Principles and Practices provides a comprehensive introduction to the real estate business. Anyone intending to sit for the State of Connecticut licensing exam is required to pass this course.
- Reverse Mortgages are for homeowners who are at least 62 years of age. This course will examine the issues in having a reverse mortgage against a home.
- Property Management reviews the laws governing landlord tenant relations, discrimination and employment, as well as methods for evicting troublesome tenants.
