Waterbury, Conn. – The following is a calendar of September events for Naugatuck Valley Community College:
 
TUESDAY, SEPT. 2
The fall credit semester at Naugatuck Valley Community College begins Tuesday, September 2.  NVCC offers more than 100 associate degree and credit certificate programs and serves 35 communities across western Connecticut from Litchfield to Waterbury to Seymour to Southbury and Danbury.  Its 110-acre campus is located at 750 Chase Parkway off exit 18 on Interstate 84. TUESDAY, SEPT. 4
A free health care career information session will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 4 at Naugatuck Valley Community College’s Danbury campus.  The session is open to aspiring and continuing health care professionals. Information will be available on continuing nursing education, physical therapy assistant, nurse aide certification, health unit coordinator, phlebotomy technician, respiratory therapy, radiology technologist, patient care technician, medical coding and billing and medical transcription.  For more information call Joyce B.
