The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is required by most colleges and universities as part of their admissions process. The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) provides firsthand practice for the SAT and gives you a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs.
